Return Policy :
all merchandise sold by GIOVANNI APA comes from its finest
carvers and goldsmiths and is guaranteed to be genuine, in
new condition and inspected by a very careful quality control.
All products offered by GIOVANNI APA are protected by a 15
days Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund
or product exchange if defective or in unused condition.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased
, you may return it within 15 days from delivery for:
- a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping,
custom and any other additional charges;
- a product exchange
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in
the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories
to insure full credit. "new and unused" means that
there are no scratches, marks on the item , no signs of wear
on the product and it has not have been resized or altered
in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any
indication that it has been used; special offer items at discount
price are ineligible for return;
Return Instructions:
simply follow the steps below to return your order:
1) Make sure you have read and clearly understood our return
policy above
2) Enter your GIOVANNI APA ACCOUNT NUMBER and click on "Return
Items". Select the items/orders you wish to return and
submit your return authorization request form. Your account
will only display orders eligible to be returned according
to our 15 days return policy.
3) GIOVANNI APA will return you a Return Authorization Number
and Instructions within four to six business days
4) Follow the returning instructions contained in the e-mail
and ship the item back to the address listed in the same email.
Repack the product in its original materials, including guarantee
certificate.
5) Return freight charges must be covered by the customer
. For your protection we suggest you to insure for the full
purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such
as UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS or DHL. In case of product exchange
GIOVANNI APA will cover the cost to re - ship the new item
back to the customer.
If you choose a refund , we will e-mail you when the credit
has been submitted to your credit card. CREDIT CARD COMPANIES
VARY IN THE TIME IT TAKES FOR A "CREDIT" TO APPEAR
ON YOUR MONTLY STATEMENT. PLEASE ALLOW ONE OR TWO BILLING
